Pandas will not breed. I have all the requirements met:
I found both my Pandas in a jungle biome.
I put them in a fenced enclosure.
I surrounded them with 20+ growing bamboo
I fed them over a stack of bamboo and a few cakes.
I tried removing the enclosure to see if they breed
Still no breeding/babies!
Secondary note:
My first two pandas would not breed.
I found new pandas in a new location, and they will not breed.
I went on my friends world, they have pandas, they gave them bamboo and they breed! I fed the same pandas and they will not breed!
*I also noticed that the pandas seem very buggy. Sometimes they are stuck in animations, they are unresponsive, and they often do multiple eating animations with one bamboo and stay stuck supine. Sometimes they are even frozen. I even get disconnected from the world occasionally when interacting or near the pandas...

Yes I meant 20+ individual stocks of growing bamboo (they are 10-15 blocks tall each). There is no mating. The Pandas often get frozen too. After endless feeding they will not breed.
Nah... They are very buggy... Usually frozen when I go up near them.. Takes them a few minutes to un-freeze... I think breeding is out of the question at this point.. Sometimes they don't even eat the bamboo and are more often frozen or buggy.
Ok,
My first pandas were found on my long-existing survival world; standard world seed and no templates (but was synched from Xbox One edition a long time ago).
The second pair of pandas were also found on that world. No templates, no packs... there have been texture packs used on that world a long time ago, but have since been removed.
But, as I mentioned in the "Secondary note," I went on my friends world where they are breeding pandas successfully. Those same pandas won't breed for me. Their world was created 2-3 weeks ago... They use no templates, no packs, no texture packs...

In both of those example videos it looks like you are throwing the food at the pandas; have you tried right clicking them with bamboo?
Yeah but, notice how they aren't responding and they don't path to the bamboo? Sometimes they never react and they even seem frozen more often.
Ok, I think it's fixed. You're a genius Mega Spud. Sorry I watched them toss bamboo at pandas on the Minecraft live stream and thought that was the way to do it! Oh well! Sorry to waste time! 🙂 I'll make a different report for the Freezing/bugginess

The wiki says that there must be Bamboo Blocks. I think this is a block not yet introduced but don't take my word for it.
