Leave the Beta from the insider hub or google play. Then uninstall and reinsall Minecraft.

I don't remember them ever detecting stem growths. I experiment with observers all the time.

This is common. This happens when you have multiple worlds that are large, when you have large or lots of resource/behavior packs. That is Minecraft doing it's best to load them all.

The wiki says that there must be Bamboo Blocks. I think this is a block not yet introduced but don't take my word for it.
As he said backup your files, then after that you can go into your apps and programs in settings find Minecraft and reset it.

Yes this has happened to me to, I do believe that it is the file size. When files grow to large I think that Minecraft automatically tries to shrink file size. Also, if you've used a save editor this can happen.
