The skeleton mob is missing certain features
What is expected: The skeleton will strafe when firing at the player, will move away from the player if the player get too close, and will run away from tamed wolves.
What happens: The skeleton will not move, in terms of strafing and player proximity, and will not flee in the presence of wolves.
Steps to reproduce: Go into creative, switch to night time, spawn a skeleton, switch to survival (recommended to wear armor) and let the skeleton shoot you. It will not strafe or run away if you get too close. Give yourself a wolf egg, spawn then tame the wolf. The skeleton will not run away from the wolf.

The issue of skeletons not fleeing from wolves with any efficacy is now being tracked at MCPE-62439.
To add to this post, there are more skeleton behaviours missing.

What should of happened:
The skeleton should be seen drawing their bow, similar to the way that the pillager loads their crossbow in the 1.11.0.1 beta.
What happens:
The arrow appears out of mid air from the tip of the bow, just like in the pre 1.8 java edition releases.
