Update by @unknown:
Summary:
Travelling to the nether dimension causes the game to crash. Copy of the game save has been provided here.
Steps to Reproduce:
Import the above world save
Travel through a nether portal
Observed Results:
The game gets stuck on the portal / loading screen, and the game freezes and has to be closed, or crashes. Sometimes, the mobs that are in the nether can be heard (Villager, Cat, Phantom).
Expected Results:
The game should not freeze or crash when travelling to the nether.

Workaround:
Load the world linked above
Teleport 5000 blocks away (/tp ~ ~ ~5000)
Build a nether portal, and travel through it to the nether
Set the difficulty to Peaceful
Fly/travel to coordinates 50 70 125 (Teleporting will likely cause the game to crash)
At the nether portal near 50 70 125, there are a group of mobs, including a Phantom, which has not despawned when the game was set to Peaceful
Break the nether portal and kill the Phantom mob
Following the steps in that order seems to allow the world to work properly, and travel between dimensions again.
Original Description:
Every single time I enter any nether portal my game crashes. Very annoying since I have played on this world for months.

Ok yes please - if you can upload a zip or mcworld, that would be useful. If it's bigger than 10MB, please use a file sharing site such as OneDrive.

Entering the portal at the village at 400, 70, 1000 causes the entire game to freeze/crash.
I have had a similar bug but with the end for nearly a year and have not been able to access the end. I submitted a bug report but nobody could reproduce it and I never recieved a response.
Mine is doing the same thing now every time I go through the portal it crashes and I have to restart the whole machine

This particular issue was listed as fixed in the 1.11.0.7 beta changelog. There is a similar bug in the 1.16 betas tracked at MCPE-66678.
Thank you for your report!
Crashes such as these are logged automatically, and will be looked into further by the development team. If you have steps to reliably reproduce a crash in a new world (or can provide a copy of an existing world, feel free to update this ticket or create a new one).
