So I have an issue where Zombies turned into Drowneds don't drop any of the regular drowned loot or items, held items worked fine but no rotten flesh, gold, or tridents drop from any of them that I kill. I have tested this in both survival with a system that turns spawned Zombies into Drowneds and creative by placing zombies in water and having them turn into Drowned. This feature used to be really important to me so I'd appreciate if someone could look into it

Drowned converted from Zombies don’t drop Gold Ingots, Nautilus Shells, Tridents, or even Rotten Flesh on iOS.
I verified this in survival (with a zombie spawner) and in creative.
In creative mode, I spawned 576 zombies into a water column and converted them to drowned. Then I used instant healing potions to kill them and they dropped 0 items upon death.
Using a Looting III sword makes no difference. They still drop 0 items.
This is very important to a game that literally tells us to automize everything in the tips, come on guys lets have this issue get more attention
Windows 10 player here. I am also experiencing the same bug. After farming over 1000 zombies converted into drowned I had no rotten flesh, gold ingots, nautilus shells, or tridents.
I then went to a creative test world and farmed an additional 200 converted drowned with a looting 3 sword and found that I still had not received any rotten flesh, tridents, gold ingots, or shells.
After that I spawned in 200 drowned with a spawn egg, then farmed them with a looting 3 sword again and I received a normal amount of the regular drowned drops.
I rely heavily on my drown conversion farm and it would really be appreciated if this was fixed.
I have the same issue (since new update it seems) but on Xbox OneX. Drowned are not dropping any loot-gold, tridents, shells, flesh-however zombies, baby zombies and zombie villagers all drop normal loot.
