Signs can be placed on top of invalid blocks

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place any block that you're 100% sure wouldn't handle a sign on top of it (doors, flowers, turtle eggs, sea pickles, etc);

  2. Place a sign on top of it.

Expected results:

The sign isn't placed.

Observed results:
The sign is placed on top of an invalid block.

Still an issue for doors in 1.16.210.53 Beta.

Still an issue with doors in 1.17.2 release

Affects 1.17.40.20

You can place signs, banners, paintings and item frames on blocks such as doors, rtapdoors, turtles eggs, signs, bells, etc. I think this works as intended. The placement of signs, banners, paintings and item frames seems works like in Java.
