I am trying to unlock all achievements and I can't get a few of them, like The Haggler, I have obtained over 30 emeralds and spent over 30 emeralds and I didn't get it, I also tried to do map room by doing the 3 by 3 of fully explored maps but it didn't give it to me either.

Yea, the Haggler seems to be broken for a couple of months now for me.

In the future, please report each achievement in a separate ticket. Each achievement has different trigger conditions, so they're different bugs. We can't track multiple bugs on one ticket.
However, in this case the Map Room achievement problem is already being tracked as MCPE-17233. I strongly encourage you to review that ticket, as no bug has been found, whereas it contains information to help you check for missing pixels in your maps.
We will use this ticket to track The Haggler issue, which hasn't been reported before. In your Achievements list, this is one of the achievements that shows a progress bar. What does yours look like?

Is this still an issue for "The Haggler" achievement? I was able to get that one most recently on 16/Nov/19 on Xbox playing in a Realm also.
