Steps to reproduce:
Place soul sand on the bottom of the ocean;
Let the bubbles bring you to the surface (Or stay flying on it in creative mode);
Enable third person view and put your camera underwater.
Expected results:
All particles are properly colored.
Observed results:
Some white colored bubbles are displayed.

This is actually a duplicate of MCPE-43881. It's the same bubble particle for players and other mobs.
It also affects any kind of entity that is on top of the bubble columns. See also MCPE-43881.
