Librarian Villagers do to show their enchantments on any enchanted book trade on Touch Controls, right now the user must either connect a controller or keyboard and mouse and hover over the book to view the enchantment before trading with the villager. This affects versions 1.11.x and possibly even 1.10.x.

Similar issue... with controller UI, when menu cursor sensitivity is set to 0, there is no way to preview which books the Librarian villagers are trading. 1.13
