I heard Meowing, So Cats somehow spawned in a Creative flat world. Shouldn't they spawn only in a village? I Found the Cat After I commenced Burning everything. They spawn as kittens and grow to Adult Stray Cats. Also Affects Java edition, according to another Ticket

If you have 4 or 5 beds and 1 villager near enough to each other, the game will create a village and you will get cats spawning.

Not a bug. The cat hitbox is lower than a slab, so they're able to spawn in those spaces.
