Steps to reproduce
Make sure there are no villager workstation blocks nearby.
Spawn 2 zombie villagers.
Cure the zombie villagers.
Place 3 beds near the cured villagers.
Give them lots of food.
Expected result
The cured villagers enter love mode and spawn a child villager.
Actual result
The cured villagers never enter love mode.
Note: testing has found that cured zombie villagers are able to enter love mode only after they have claimed a workstation. This is not the case for normal villagers.
Original desciption
Zombie villagers that have been cured and are used to start a new village (player made) never breed, even if given more than enough food/beds. This does not affect naturally spawned/bred villagers.
I believe that this was caused by 1.12's change to Z. Villagers keeping their profession after being cured.
Attached photos are of two previously cured zombie villagers in a player-made village, note that cats have naturally spawned and that the villagers are properly linked to their beds as they sleep at night. (They have several stacks of food in their inventory.)

I am unable to reproduce this in 1.14.30.
I did experience a villager converted from a zombie villager that was spawned by a spawn egg not going to bed until I gave him a workstation and let him go through a workday, even though he claimed a bed a soon as I placed it:
[media]] It could be that cured villagers need to work, or need to take a profession, in order to fully join a village, but I can't say for sure.
The pictures provided with this report contain 2 anomalies: there are too many cats for the number of beds, and the villagers are not claiming the workstations that are shown. These facts suggest that there may be another village that the villagers shown are linking to, and that breeding for the beds shown in the pictures is taking place among villagers that are not shown in the pictures. It could also be that the villagers aren't breeding because they are unable to "see" the beds because the POI search queue is full, per MCPE-49580.
In my realms world the file size is too big. However I did use the same seed and they're not breeding, they'll throw food but won't breed. However villagers spawned in will

Confirmed in 1.14.60. Villagers converted from Zombie villagers can create a village, claim beds, sleep, pick up food, and share food, but they will not breed until they have claimed a workstation. Normal villagers will attempt to breed with former zombie villagers that have not claimed a workstation, but the former zombie villagers will not enter love mode and no children will spawn.
Are there any special requirements to reproduce this? I just went into a super flat, spawned some villagers, got them converted and then converted them back and they bred as normal.
Are you converting zombie villagers that were originally villagers or zombie villagers that were spawned?
This appears to need the entities to be spawned as Zombie Villagers and then cured. When converting a normal villager and then curing the behaviour doesn't occur, however when spawning Zombie villagers and curing them they will not breed.Ionic
Edit: Apologies for the double edit. I thought I'd repro'd this but they eventually bred. If you're able to provide instructions on how this happened to you I can do some more testing.
