using the /summon evocation_illager~~~minecraft:spawn_as_illager_captain does not spawn an evocker captain in steed it spawns a regular evocker

This is a feature difference between Java and Bedrock, not a bug. I will have this ticket resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-60195.
Works as intended. This has not been added to Bedrock.
