Basicly What happens is that When i click "Save and Exit" On the Menu screen and then re-enter that world the chorus plant stems in the Overworld Rest and the Chorus Flower does not apear. Only the stem is left.

This is probably the fault of something on your side, I went into a creative world, placed some chorus plants, then relogged, and the plants are still there safe & sound. Maybe you can overload chunks in bedrock just like in java? lol, that would be funny.
TL;DR - probably fixed
