[MCPE-5350] Bow doesn't show particles anymore

This bug is also in Creative mode.
When I charge a bow and shoot at full power, it doesn't show those arrow particles like it used to.

What I expected to happen was...:
For the arrow to have those particles like in PC

What actually happened was...:
The arrow just shot with no particles behind it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Charge a bow at full power
2. Shoot the arrow
3. No particles will be behind the arrow
