MINECON 2016 skin pack without capes

How is that duplicate mine is diffrent , capes arent appearing in minecon 2016 pack on alex and steve , not on my skins

I agree, this is not a duplicate

These are different problems, but they will have the same solution. Founders cape is also not displayed like cape minecon 2016.  
But we do not pay attention to this, because we have the opportunity to use cape founders from the capes tab. All that remains for us is to add cape minecon 2016 to the capes tab.

This is odd. The Minecon 2016 skin pack skins do have their capes in the 1.13.0 release, so apparently this bug is new in the 1.14 Beta releases, probably a result of trying to fix one of the other problems with using classic skins. I can't confirm this because I don't have the Beta installed right now. Does anybody using 1.13 have this problem?

Sorry, but Mojang doesn't currently plan to make the Minecon skins into components on the Capes tab, so they're only available on the skins in that skin pack. This might be something you'd like to suggest on the Feedback site.
