When viewing recipes in the crafting table, ingredients you are missing to complete the recipe no longer show in a red box letting you know what you need to complete the recipe.

With an empty or a completely full inventory, the suggested items still show up in red in 1.13 and 1.14:

Steps to Reproduce
Have cobblestone, but no sticks in inventory
Open inventory (2x2 crafting grid) or use crafting table
From Recipe Book choose the lever item
Expected Result
Cobblestone appears with normal background and stick appears with red background in crafting area.
Observed Result
Both cobblestone and stick appear with normal background.
