Hello Minecraft developer I have a problem with minecart with hopper I don't know that this bug work with all minecart my problem is that when my minecart with hopper go and crash into a block under minecart with hopper is a power rail but power rail is unpowered but it act like lts powered or near power rail is nothing that can power it that break my ton of red stone

I get this on Windows 10 also my minecarts do not stop running even when they are unpowered.
