Dinosaur age world crashes

Is this crash happening every time you try to start Minecraft, or only when you open the Dinosaur Age world?

I can verify this. Minecraft will open. My son is using iOS 12.4.3 on his ipad, goes to create a world and after a minute or so the entire Minecraft app crashes and takes you back to the iOS home screen. You have to load Minecraft again to start it. He has NOT been able to create a world in Dinosaur Age as this happens EVERY time. He is VERY upset. Fix this ASAP!

This might be the same issue as MCPE-54465, though most of the people with that issue are unable to open the app successfully at all, so let's see if we can establish whether this is something else.

Does it crash when you try to create a new world without using a Marketplace pack?

Does it crash when you try to create a world with a different Marketplace pack? If you don't have another world template pack, you might consider downloading the Inspiration Island pack. It's free and it's a great way to learn more about Minecraft.

If the crashes only happen when you use the Dinosaur Age pack, it's most likely a compatibility problem in the pack. In that case, Mojang cannot fix it because they don't own the pack. You should contact PixelHeads, the pack's creator.

My daughter is having the same issue. It started off with all the Dinosaurs disappearing from the world to now we just can't create the world!
