Somehow in my survival world I have a stack of stone that I later found out has 32767 damage. Turns out that putting it in a stonecutter gets you WAY more options than normal stone. Below are a few pictures. Also I thought we were on 1.13.2 but I guess not... ?

1.13.2 was a hotfix for iOS only.
We have seen a similar bug with the stonecutter before. It was caused by placing corrupted stone in the input. The corrupted stone was the result of mining stone with a Silk Touch tool in 1.12. The bug was fixed in 1.13, but the blocks were left corrupted. Could this explain what you're experiencing?
If you'd like to fix the corruption, try simply dropping the blocks on the ground and picking them up again. If that doesn't work, placing them and re-mining them should do it.

If you have a piece of stone that does that much damage, I would keep it in a very safe place because that is something you would never be able to get in a survival world.
