When trying to create anything regarding rails (powered rails especially), you are unable to put two parrallel rail lines next to one another without the whole thing getting messed up. I know this happens on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on my Xbox, but I don't know about the current state of Minecraft on other consoles. I have no clue if this actually is or isn't a bug, but I think it is.

Could you provide a picture, video, or more precise steps to reproduce? I am unable to reproduce what I think you are describing. If the north-south powered rail is connected to other rails at both ends, it will not turn when I place a rail on the east or west of it.

I have this issue with powered rails. Regular rails can be placed next to each other, but powered rails cannot be placed next to each other in the North-South direction, only East-West
