Actionbar shows base name rather than custom name when using pick block on item frame with renamed item

How to reproduce

  1. Get an item

  2. Rename it in an anvil

  3. Put it in an item frame

  4. Empty your inventory

  5. In creative mode, use pick block on the item frame
    → ❌  Actionbar tooltip shows original name

This is only the case when it doesn’t change your selected hotbar slot, simelar to MCPE-83121.
