This issue is also partially dependent on MCPE-59928. The brewing stand collision box is 14 x 14 pixels wide at the base, and 2 x 2 pixels wide in the middle. Java Edition has a separate wireframe for each part, but Bedrock only has (or only supports) rectangular wireframes.
