On several occasions, grass blocks have turned into dirt under blocks like fence posts, cauldrons, and doors, as if they were solid blocks

Hi A,
I can say from personal experience that grass under fences does not 100% have a chance to revert to dirt as I have numerous animal pens that, if the border had turned to dirt for all of them would annoy me to no end.
Is it possible you can expand on your bug report and include steps on how to reproduce your issue?

Have you checked the light levels to make sure it's not just grass deteriorating? Grass will turn back into dirt under blocks like fences if there isn't sufficient light
