It seems that some special growable blocks like cactus and sugar cane grows at very slow rates. After half an hour they didn't grow a single block. I don't know if bambo is also affected by this bug and if it was intended or not. Thanks for your attention.

Sugar canes and cactus are slow to grow and its a current feature of Minecraft. See these two comparison of each version (1.14.2.50 Beta and 1.14.1.5) Tested with 4096 tick. If the sugarcanes grow slower at some version, there would be some impact such as delay when the sugarcanes are growing, whatever its on certain tick.. See the comparison here : Comparison

sugar cane and cactus are slow growers. create large scale creative test to see whether this is bug or super slow growth. (hint and tip: check out some youtubers 0 tick farms bedrock edition, not proper 0 tick but super fast, I recommend skippy6gaming)
