500 mb is a LOT for 1 world, try doing visual settings and going pretty basic, like fancy skies and bubbles off if you have large areas of bubbles, and chunk rendering to low.
There are a couple of things you can do that might help. Try exporting the world from Windows 10 and importing it again. That often eliminates a lot of dead file space. Also, make sure you've turned on the Game Bar (Windows Settings > Gaming > Game Bar). You might get some additional ideas to try on the Minecraft Discord or MCPE sub-Reddit.
My survival world is currently at 384 MB and runs very well, even keeping up with chunk generation when I'm flying over new ocean terrain. My PC is a 6 year old home desktop PC with no graphics card, so if there were performance problems significant enough to be called bugs I'd probably be experiencing them.

It depends on the Computer or Phone specification. Need High-End PC or Computer to load such world. If you think you have good enough Computer, try to lower chunk and disabling view bobbing will help little.
