I can not log in to your microsoft account on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition! I turned it on and is "Unlock Full Game" and it was activated! Really, pls

but I had the full version, after updating windows 10 edition minecraft it was written "Unlock Full Game"

I'm sorry, this is confusing. I need more information.

  1. The first time you ever installed the game, was it the trial version or the full version? Do you remember how long ago that was?

  2. If you started on the trial version, how did you update to the full version? Did you use the Unlock Full Game button, or did you try to uninstall and then install the full version directly?

  3. You said you had the full version until a recent update. What version did you have? What version were you updating to?

  4. Have you changed your gamertag at any time since installing? A new gamertag could be associated with a different Microsoft Account than the one you used to purchase the game.

Something you might want to try is uninstalling the game and reinstalling from the Store. Warning: Uninstalling the game will delete all your worlds! Before you uninstall, make sure you have exported any worlds you want to keep.
