I experienced the same issue. :/

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, make sure to backup your worlds. If the problem stops, it's good. If not, try updating to game to see if that'll fix the issue.

Having too many devices on your microsoft account (e.g:10) can cause minecraft to think you don't own the game, and that's why you should unlink all of your devices except the one you're using.

The same happened to me too.

Make sure you're connected to the internet.
