The texture of the gray glazed terracotta is bugged out

The pattern of the gray glazed terracotta seems to be broken.

You can either arrange the inner ornaments to a proper circle (left side of screenshot) or the ornaments on the side to plus-shapes and diamonds (right side).

If you do the inner ornaments properly, the outer edge is messed up and vice versa.

Please don't tell me that the terracotta is supposed to look like that, because you can clearly see the cut edges where they are not supposed to be.

Pretty sure that’s what’s supposed to happen. You can see that grey glazed terracotta is just like that over on the wiki. https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Glazed_Terracotta/6×6_Patterns_1

Yes, and the pattern looks the same in Java. But still, it would look better if the inner pattern was aligned properly with the outer pattern.

You may want to make a suggestion on that site, because as far as I can see, it’s working as intended.

The wiki shows what is, not what ought to be. I doubt the developers intended gray glazed terra-cotta to look disjointed.

That's just how the texture was made.
