On the Windows 10 port of Bedrock, I have 50 Minecoins and I had purchased the blue flannel jacket from the Character Creator.
I expected it to be available on the Switch, but neither the coins nor the jacket are on there. I'm assuming this is a glitch, because I can access them fine on both my phone and my tablet.

Have you clicked “Save to Microsoft Account” when the screen popped up from “Sign in to Microsoft Account”?
I am having the same issue. Ive also emailed the support team and they have responded with sorry we are back logged.. i cant play any of my textures or map packs. All purchased . No way to get real contact with customer services. If you want your money back you have to do it the long winded way.
From my pictures you will see im connected to my microsoft account yet i cannot access my purchases. I believe theres a connection issue with my account and the market place as to log in i have to do it manually everytime.
