[MCPE-61885] Bees do not drop their exp in the place where they die

When you kill a bee the experience orbs it drops will land up to 60+ blocks away, from where the bee died.

How to reproduce:
1. Summon a bee in creative
2. Kill the bee with anything you like
3. Notice where the exp lands

Pretty weird bug, however, can be very fun if you kill hundreds of bees at one time:} experience goes flying everywhere!

Just checked it. Can confirm. Also, in my testing, the xp always spawns a bit above where it's meant to.

Reopening as I can still reproduce and I don't see any reason to think it was fixed.

This issue is the same as MCPE-49418 and is likewise a simple consequence of MCPE-74963 and MCPE-45081. The larger scattering you get from killing a group of mobs is due to MCPE-87711 (xp has mob collision behavior).
