I entered Minecraft and all my data, purchases, including templates and skins, have disappeared. I used to have many Cubecraft maps and The “Way of The Bee” map but all of the maps have been erased and I have tried hitting the restore purchases button on multiple accounts but it did not work.

I have tried your method and it appears that it shows now packs and now downloadable features. Please note that my minecoins which I have not used have disappeared too. I think that this itself is a bug due to the fact that it’s not a new phone or tech piece. Thank you for your method. I think it’s good due to the fact that the bug less gray area now and it is more clearer so we can find a better solution. Thank you.
I’ve had the same problem for about 5 days now. Lost my coins and any worlds I have purchased. Have uninstalled the game, signed out of my account, etc and they just don’t come back and the worlds I had want me to purchase them again, not just download. So frustrating!! This happened when my game started freezing up all the time about 5 days ago.
Hi, having the same problem on Win 10 - all worlds purchased are locked, all coins vanished. Logging in on the xbox one version with the same account gives access to all my purchased content plus displays my correct coin balance.
If you do want this issue fixed, I suggest that you click on the near top right corner where it says “Start Watching This Issue”, if we have everyone watch this issue, our problems could be solved quicker. I think that doing this could expedite the fixing of this issue. Thank you for responding and clearing up the problem a bit more!
I also have the same problem on switch, all coins and world are lost. but the world and coin is normal on iphone.
I'm having the same problem, my content disappeared some time in December and it won't show up any more. I'm definitely not spending any more money on Minecraft and I'm telling everyone I know to follow suit until we can be reasonably assured that our purchases won't jut vanish into the ether...
Hey Guys, I have found out that my purchases (templates, skins, maps etc.) have come back. I don’t know how but I have found out that my original worlds, shaders aka. mods have not come back though. I thought I would let you guys know. Thank you, and lets hope to get this fixed for all of you guys!

Have you tried signing into your account if you have if you got a new phone you have to download them again they’re already purchased so you don’t need to purchase them again
