I've been having the same problem today, on Windows 10 Edition. The last time I played was on 2019/12/18, and my content was accessible then.
Just started getting this today, too, on Windows 10, and I don't seem to be able to re-download my purchased skins.
I'm having the same problem, my content disappeared some time in December and it won't show up any more. I'm definitely not spending any more money on Minecraft and I'm telling everyone I know to follow suit until we can be reasonably assured that our purchases won't jut vanish into the ether...
