On every server, every player are frozen and they are not moving.In reality, they are actually moving and you can't just see.The things you can see is that the stuff they are holding,sneaking,placing block without being there.

Can confirm this. It can also be noted that chat messages, custom UIs, everything works properly. It's just that every entity (most importantly, players) appear to be frozen on your screen, but they can move just fine.

The method I used earlier helped me isolate that this issue remains in 1.15.0.56 (don't know how the 1.15.0.57 made it into my previous comment, at the time of typing this comment there is no 1.15.0.57)
