[MCPE-63235] Problem with account

When my son starts the game a message appears: "There is a problem with your account. You can use Marketplace when the problem is fixed. If the problem stays you have to contact support. Error number -9.

How can we solve this problem. Please help.

I have the same problem. Do you download a map out of the game for example on the web mcpedl.com?

Since the 1.14.20 update this comes up whenever I start Minecraft without an internet connection. If you are connected to the internet when you load Minecraft the error message does not come up. There is most likely nothing wrong with your account.
