Bee nests generated on oak and birch trees grown from saplings next to flowers contain no bees

Are you referring to naturally generated trees or trees grown from saplings?

When the bee nest is already generate certain no bee.

i mentioned in my thread but dont know if its related to this bug, but bees dont appear from filled bee nests in nether where i read somewhere in nether they work all the time as no rain or night/day cycle, so unless thats for diffrent version or not related to this bug than ignore this.

In my world I didn’t even have flowers around and they still generated(empty) bee nests

Is mob spawning off? It needs to be on for them to exit the bee nest I think.

Currently experiencing in 1.18.32 on PS5. I have a full shulker of nests gathered at night, on Java, I use this exact same method and they have bees. I have checked the hives and they are empty. I do not know how to reproduce but it is happening in my world.
