Ever since Minecraft Bedrock version 1.14.30 has released, one of every four times of loading up the game seems to yield an Account Error with -9 as the code. This disables the Minecraft Marketplace putting a red box with a black exclamation point next to it, as well as disabling access to all non-manually entered servers. Note that in the third uploaded photo, I can connect to my friends manual server, but none of the original servers come up.
It also prevents Realms from Functioning Properly. Realms worlds will show up, but you cannot join them. If you own the realm, trying to download the Realm has the game become stuck on 'Initializing Download'. If you try to replace the world, you get a Failed Error Message after it passes the 'Initializing Upload' step.
Closing Minecraft and reopening it usually fixes the issue for the given session.

This has happened to me once and restarting the app fixed it. Which means that it is not an issue with an “account or billing” as Mega Spud implied by their rather empty and incorrect comment. This is clearly a bug as if it was a issue an an account then it would happen 100% of the time. This seems to be an issue when opening the game but it’s completely random it seems. Potentially like most xBox Live related bugs it could relate to the wi-fi connection but that’s speculation.
I would highly recommend this bug be reopened as ignoring it like this tracker ignores other critical bugs will result in it happening more and more and getting worse and worse until it’s nearly unsolvable for you Mojangsters.

If restarting the app fixed it then it sounds like something tech support should handle, and the ticket would still be invalid

Amphy2k, I used a wired internet connection to my PC, so I can say that Wi-Fi is ruled out as a potential issue. This bug is random and did not start occuring until after release of the 1.14.30 hotfix for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This bug only seems to occur 20-25% of the time of loading the game since that hotfix release, not 100%.
And I am able to use all other aspects of my Xbox LIVE account fine when this occurs, and I did use the Xbox LIVE Service Status as well just to make sure it wasn't LIVE's services being limited found here https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status (And it wasn't as core services were fine in each instance).
