Been playing minecraft as normal and turned it off, came back a few hours later to find my cats are red and yellow and won't listen to commands, eat or sit, wolves are also doing the same for me. Also horses, I can mount them as normal but once I try to open my inventory it won't let me, can't equip horse armour or saddles.

Yes 1.15.0.54 is the one I'm on, also okay I will look and see what I can do

Are you able to upload a video of the inventory issue when using a mount?
A patch (1.15.0.54) was released yesterday that was listed as fixing this bug, but if its still around we need to raise this with the devs. Both myself and a mod have tried to replicate this on the latest BETA and have been unable, a video would help us understand how this is occurring for you.

This issue with tamed animals on XBox One is now being tracked at MCPE-57431. It shares with MCPE-50467 the fact that you can't interact with pets, but it also includes the other specifics metioned on this ticket including red cats and horses losing their saddles.

Are you sure you're playing 1.15.0.54? The issue with inventories after mounting was fixed in the .54 release but was present in the 2 prior betas.
