when crafting, there is no "autocrafting" where you press the Y button and it creates multiple items. aswell as having to click A 2x to actually craft the item.

Jack, it sounds like you may be experience an inventory glitch. If you relog do you still have to push the craft button twice? Are you losing any crafting products or throwing them on the ground unexpectedly?

Yeah when ever i relog, i have to do it. happens everytime i load into Minecraft. no im not loosing items

Windows 10 PC Bedrock Edition has the same issue when crafting items. The crafting recipes go directly into the crafting table grid. On a PS4 controller, you have to hit "X" multiple times to receive the crafted Item. On a mouse, you must click multiple times to receive the item into Hot Bar or Inventory, see above video.

So are you saying that on PC there is no more shift-click functionality in the beta?

@GoldenHelmet, no more shift-click functionality in the Windows 10 PC v1.16.0.51 Beta. The crafting does not work like it did in 1.14.0.30 or 1.15 Betas.

Thanks for making that clear. I wonder if this is the result of an attempt to patch MCPE-63228 / MCPE-63461 / MCPE-58579?

Windows 10 PC v. 1.16.0.55 Beta, crafting is still broken.

I cannot hand craft Fireworks, I can craft them in a crafting table but not in my hand. I can craft torches and other things.

What Ps7cho’s linked video shows is that you can craft fireworks once only each time you open the inventory. Subsequent/bulk crafting attempts produce an animation of the output going to the stack in the inventory, but no crafting occurs, that is, the numbers of ingredients and product do not change.
