When I try to change a command block's settings, (like from 'impulse' to 'repeat' or 'unconditional' to 'conditional', etc.) it will not change its behavior. It will actually change graphically when I close out of the command block, but when I go to its settings, it will say it's settings are on 'impulse' 'unconditional' and 'always active', and it will still act like it's on those settings as well, meaning that the command block also does not work as I want it. Here are some pictures to demonstrate the issue:
As you can see the settings for the block type did not change, even with the command block still being purple, whilst acting like it is still on impulse rather than repeat.

Disclaimer:
There may be additional factors that contributed to the sudden appearance of this bug. However, at the time i was simply messing with scoreboard and replaceitem commands in "Chain" command blocks.
Â
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /give @s command_block (Any kind of command block is fine).
2. Place, and access the command block.
3. Change the Type, Condition, or Activation Requirement of the command block (You can change all of these settings or just one of them).
4. Exit, and Re-enter the command block and see if the settings listed on the lower right side of the interface match the appearance and accessible settings on the left side.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 on any command blocks that have already been placed and activated in your world.
Â
Observed Results:
Suddenly and without explanation, all further command blocks I placed, as well as those I had previously placed are stuck with certain settings. More specifically, the ones I previously placed cannot be changed from their current state. For example, if it is on "Repeat," I can attempt to change the setting on the left side of the interface to "Impulse," which will change the color of the block, but not the actual behavior, or text on the bottem right side of the interface. The same is true for whether or not it is conditional or requires redstone. All future command blocks become stuck as: "Impulse" "Unconditional" "Always Active". I can attempt change these settings in the block, but it will always behave using those three settings.
Â
Expected Results:
The command block should change its behavior, and text on the bottem right side of the interface to match the settings that I have set on the left side of the interface. It is not entirely clear why the command blocks suddenly cannot be changed.
Re-resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-71326.
Hi!
I am having the same issue in my world too, where I am unable to change the settings of the command block but it still displays the new textures. I have tried disabling and enabling the command blocks in the game settings, leaving my world and joining back and even quit Minecraft and launched it back. Nothing seems to fix the issue...
Note, I am playing on Windows 10, but it is still the same version of Minecraft.
