I've had this happen several times, but have not yet been able to cause it to happen intentionally. I only notice it when I try to add more arrows to the stack and they won't add. Firing my bow seems to fix it.

I’m getting glitched arrows too. It seems to be triggered by shooting a bow as described in the next comment below. At first I thought it might be from picking up shot or dropped arrows, but with testing that proved not to be the case.

I'm experiencing this issue as well on a realm on Windows 10; I'll copy and paste the details from my duplicate submission:
On a realm, the first stack of arrows to be fired from will often get "stuck" in whatever inventory slot they are in, and cannot be moved to another inventory slot, placed into containers, or stacked with other arrows (except for fired or dropped arrows that are picked up). The arrows can still be dropped as normal.
If the stack is partial and is the first stack of arrows in the inventory's "pickup order", trading for arrows with a fletcher will cause each trade to fail (no arrows or XP received, and no emeralds given), yet the villager will think each trade was successful and the trade will eventually be exhausted and locked as normal.
Logging out and then back into the realm-or restoring the stack to full by collected fired/dropped arrows-temporarily resolves the issue, but it almost always reoccurs.

Affects 1.16.40 Hotfix.

Still happening in iOS 14.1, Minecraft V 1.16.50.

Arrows refuse to be relocated within inventory or relocated out of inventory after running out and collecting ones dropped by skeleton. Also can not add any arrows to inventory or craft any arrows while this is happening. I only play single player survival PS4 (for now) so I am unsure if this effect other areas.
To recreate this;
Add a full stack of arrows to inventory.
Slay hostile Mobs, using all arrows from inventory, be sure to kill a skeleton.
Pick up arrows dropped by skeleton (and all other spoils of war)
Try to move arrows to new inventory slot.
To fix in game;
Use all picked up arrows ( just into a wall for later collection)
Add a full stack of arrows to your inventory
Collect arrows from step 1 ( you will be able to move them at this point)
Another option
Save and Exit
Reload world

Hi Brianna,
Do you know how they got stuck?
We have a number of cases of items stuck in inventory but there's usually a process to get them stuck (for example MCPE-64227).
I've just loaded up a game and tried everything I could think of to get arrows stuck but they would always enter the chest successfully.

Edit: I'm going to ask this be moved to the Minecraft Bedrock project because its been raised in the Bedrock Dedicated Server project.
