[MCPE-71539] RTX beta update not installing; stuck on 1.14.60

The RTX Beta (v1.15.0.8) version is not installing, no matter what. I have tried and re-tried all the proposed solutions.

I have fulfilled all requirements:

joined with the Xbox Insider Hub ab to the RTX Beta
I even tried to leave and re-enter the the Xbox Insiders program (deleting my account).
have an RTX 2080 Ti with the latest (v445.87) driver

Same here. I have newest windows 10, newest drivers, reinstalled and rebooted multiple times over many days now. No Minecraft beta (normal or RTX) will install. I got my bedrock edition a couple of days ago from my old minecraft.net login.

Is this still an issue in the latest RTX Beta version?
This issue was reported in an earlier RTX beta build, but has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response

Several improvements and fixes have been made to the Minecraft with RTX beta for Windows 10. Be sure to check out the Known Issues List and Frequently Asked Questions for the latest details, as these issues do not need to be reported here.

If you would still like to report a bug, please make sure that you have checked that your system and graphics drivers are up to date. Also, please make sure that any packs you are using are valid and up to date. (You might need to check the Marketplace for the very latest updates.)

Nothing has changed; still unable to get the RTX update.
Despite...

being joined into the RTX beta program
having a qualifying computer
having a complete up-to-date OS
having valid licenses

This issue is not listed in the known issues. And not answered in the FAQ.

I just now re-joined the RTX beta:

I cant exactly post any steps to reproduce, for something not happening.

None of the AppX eventlogs have any related warnings or errors recorded. Only information and verbose messages.

I can install and play Minecraft v1.16.2003.0 just fine though.

I am also having the same issue. I have met all the requirements, yet can't get it to install. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Have also tried leaving and rejoining the beta.

Same here. RTX graphics cards (RTX 3070) , newest windows 10, newest drivers, reinstalled . No Minecraft beta update and install. I redeemed the windows 10 version through the java version.

Same issue, Windows 10 20H2, Ryzen 3700X, 32 GB RAM DDR3200, RTX 2070 installed, with latest nvidia drivers.

RTX worked fine on beta 1.15, after it sef-upgraded to 1.16 is just not showing RTX world templates or Advance Video options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft multiple times. I have exit and re-join the RTX beta like 3 times to no avail, RTX is supposed to be added to 1.16.40.57, but that is not the version that I get installed , is either base 1.16.4002 or 40.42 when I "rejoin" the beta from insider hub

I've just attempted again to join the RTX Beta and it only enrolls me in the regular Beta. I have a GeForce RTX 2060 and meet all minimum requirements. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, opted out, opted in, even uninstalled the insider hub and reinstalled it. My husband with an identical system is enrolled in the RTX Beta. I'm not sure what files or pics you need from me. Just let me know and I will be happy to comply.

The most common situation is that you may be using a different email account to log in to the Xbox Insider app than you are for the Microsoft Store app. In this scenario, it doesn't matter what account you use to sign into the Minecraft game, it's all about what account you use to sign into the Microsoft Store app.

Would you please confirm the account you are using to sign into the Microsoft Store app is the same as the one which you are using to sign into the Xbox Insider app, and that you are up-to-date on updates for Minecraft in the Microsoft Store?

I am very sorry that my system is not in English. Whether it is minecraft, insaider hub, Xbox Console Companion or Microsoft Store, it is the same account. But minecraft is still not in beta. I am using RTX 3070 and I redeemed the windows 10 version through the java version (mojang. com).

@kashkashgoose As far as I can see there's no way to use a specific account for the Xbox Insider Hub?
The only reference to an account I see is my account name (Xetrill). But not which actual account this is (e-mail address).

Even after resetting the app (deleting all its local data), there's no sign in. Pretty sure its using the Microsoft Store account.
The same one from which I installed Minecraft and the Insider Hub to begin with.

Minecraft looks be using the Xbox app account, judging by the profile picture.
Just for fun I reset the Xbox and Xbox Console Companion (starts when you manage your account from minecraft) apps as well.
Well, no sign in prompts anywhere.

Am I doing something wrong here?

I am seeing the same thing. There is no way to "Sign In" to the Insider Hub. You just download both Minecraft and the Insider Hub from the same Microsoft store account. I am 99% certain this means that we are using the same account to sign in to both.

I have tried reinstalling both Minecraft and the Insider hub multiple times to ensure this. Still not change. I am unable to download the Beta, It just installs the normal non-Beta edition.

Same here. As far as I can tell both the Insider Hub and Microsoft store use my microsoft windows log-in. I have not been able to see anywhere else to change logins outside of Windows itself.
