Steps to reproduce
Place some beds, chests, signs, and pistons.
Place a structure block near these to the NW.
Use the structure block to generate a 3D export of the blocks you placed.
Open the exported .glb file in a compatible program.
Expected results
The .glb file includes all blocks.
Observed results
The .glb file does not show any blocks that use tile entity data in their rendering process, such as beds, chests, and piston heads.
When I export a build as .glb, the chests do not show up.

Reopening and confirming in 1.19.41. The .glb file produced by the 3D export function in a structure block does not render any blocks that use tile entity data for rendering, such as chests, beds, signs, and piston heads. It also does not render any entities, such as paintings.
Strangely, the text on signs does render. In this screenshot of a .glb, the floating text on the lower left was on a sign attached to a double chest.
