I was playing minecraft bedrock edition and A zombie killed me and took all my loot, Not just the armor, And when i killt it, non of the loot drop but just a iron shovel, i never had iron yet

no it wasnt wearing my armor or holding my weapon.
Its was in a hole I made for a base and killed me and when i came back ( took 10 seconds ) The same zombie was still their and not my loot, So i killed it and it didnt drop any of my loot just drop a iron shovel
How deep was the hole? If you were falling this might be due to MCPE-48370.
