Respawn point changed to void when flying into end exit portal using elytra

Similar to MCPE-40538 

I used an ender pearl into an end gateway to get back to the main island.  Once I returned, I stored some of my stuff in shulkers/ender chest, then left my end base and flew towards the exit portal.

I thought it would be fun to fly into the exit portal, so I did.  The loading screen showed, but when it finished, I was below the world - I think still in the End...  Suffocating and died, lost all of my stuff in the void.  When I respawned, I was in the same place and died again.  Every consecutive respawn was the same.

Fixed by opening in MCC and changing spawn coordinates for ~localplayer.  The game did not actually respawn me at those coordinates, I got sent to overworld original spawn location and still didn't have any of my items.

 If you need more information, I can double check any details or variables using MCC Toolchest as I made a backup of the glitched state.
