[MCPE-733] Jumping on watermelon stems and wheat breacks them

When I go to get my watermelons, if I walk or jump down on the stem before breaking watermelon the stem breaks. When I walk across wheat as its in about the second stage of growth, it breaks.

IDK, I just fence my farms off anyway; creepers seem to like to sneak up behind me and blow up half my plot if I don't...

As far as walking on crops goes, if you've got irrigation ditches, you can make walkways on top of them out of slabs and use those 🙂
