There appears to be an issue with the lighting on the building I am making. The setup on the floors with the lighting issue is the same as the lower floors, but the torches don't seem to be lighting up the upper floors of the building. I have the same setup in other buildings I made in survival world and none seem to have this issue other than this one.
Edit: Also other blocks seem to have this issue such as my pumpkin/watermelon farms. Although there are torches next to them, the blocks stay dark on top as if there is no light by them. Even the fences seem to have lighting issues.

It does, until I leave the area and come back.
Edit: The farm seems to have the issue on the whole area which cannot be completely on a chunk border, but this seems very similar.

Does it still happen if you replace the torches? That'll make this easier to figure out, since if it does light it temporarily and the light sources are near the chunk border, it could be MCPE-58182.
