[MCPE-78223] Marketplace unavailable in BETA

Summary
The Marketplace and previous purchases are not loading in the 1.16.0.61 BETA. The "Marketplace" button is greyed out and an error is shown (screenshot below)

XBOX ONE - UNSURE ABOUT OTHER CONSOLES: appears that noone is able to use thier marketplace purchases and/or access the marketplace. Message shows "marketplace unavailable"

Iam having the same issue. I get account error 0 message when attempting to load marketplace. Iam unable to use texture packs, skins, etc.

Closing and reopening the game worked for me and the Marketplace is now functioning.

Please try closing Minecraft completely (how to do this will vary between platforms - suspending the app likely won't be enough) and try again.

Just to confirm though, Xboxs put apps into a suspended state when they're "closed" by hitting the Xbox button. To properly close the application you need to hit the menu button with the game selected and click close (or exit or something similar, don't have my Xbox here to check). Yours sounds like it was only suspended.

Same, tried that several times with no improvement. Also hard shocked the Xbox and still no effect. Pretty sure it's not a console issue. This occured right after a mini-update from this morning. Before that, it was working fine.

Upon finishing with a game, I always ensure I quit the application fully. In fact I've quit this application about 10 times since reporting this issue and uninstalled/reinstalled the beta and no progress at all.

I wasn't implying it was a console issue, just that some issues can be resolved with an app restart (and may be a workaround) and that many confuse the suspended state with "closing" the game. 🙂

To those expecting it to be fixed overnight.... Java snapshots come out on Wednesdays and Xbox updates come out on Thursdays. Remain patient until Thursday and this will be resolved in the next bedrock update

Beta is a testing mode for the developers of Minecraft only. That’s why also if you have a beta version of Minecraft, you may also experience other lags/glitches in Minecraft as well.

I have the same problem. Started a few days ago. Can't access the marketplace at all and everything I purchased is locked. Playing on two different Xbox One and problem is on both.

We are having the exact same problem on all three of our accounts, in Beta, on Xbox One. Been this way for a few days now. Have tried completely quitting and restarting, restarting the Xbox, no luck. No updates show up either. Are there other workarounds?

@Jacelleo this WAS NOT a duplicate issue. This was a report I made a week and a half ago with v1.16.0.61. if you read my earlier post, I have instructed the issue is resolved as of version 1.16.0.63
