Hi,
we (3-4 persons) play together without a dedicated Server in between. One User opens up the World on his client (Win10 PC) and we (xBox One & PC) connect via the Friends Tab within Minecraft. Sometimes a bit slow, but it works without any additional steps.
BUT: Only within the related/current chunks of the Player who opened up the World (Hosts the Game), any Entities will spawn. At all other locations there wont spawn any entities (only Picman within Nether, but no other Enemies or Animals on the earth, no Nothing ..). Only if the "Host-Player" will join into the same/related chunk, they will start to spawn. Makes the whole show a bit boring and partly quite annoying for the host, as he always need to support us.
It seems like, there is some sort of entities limit. Right? If the Host is at a place where only a few entities are, we will have spawn even on other places. But as our world has grown quite a lot over the last half year, there are not a lot of places where this is possible for the host.
We didn't found any workaround for that. Is there any? If not. I fear this is a damn Bug 🙂
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Greez Jens

Hi Jacelleo,
thanks for your feedback, about the way I wrote the text. I fear the Bug will not care about my emotional rating for him 😉 But I do.
Are you aware that most of your Feedbacks, if someone like me scrolls through all your Comments, are about how a written Text is and not addressing the Issue someone is experiencing or its related to the discussed Topic? Do you think this actually helps in the long run the authors or the persons who may fix the addressed topic and has to read this, too?
Can you add some Feedback to the actual topic, please?
