When I enter the nether there was a chunk that is somewhat loaded but the blocks are invisible, and the mobs in it seems to be frozen in time.

While I do not have this issue in the Nether, I do have it in the Overworld. When I enter the Nether portal and then go back, some chunks just don’t load and stay invisible, but the blocks that are suppose to be there are still intact. I have only seen this happen in the ocean as of now, with the fish being frozen. Different dimensions, but seems like the same bug. Also happens in multiplayer with same scenario.
