Same Phoenix TF, Minecraft on my IPad is not that smooth but it still playable, I still lags sometimes.

Actually my game is getting better.
LeeJingErr, same but does 1.16.1 update still have lag. For me it does.
In 1.16.0 the lag seems to start to go away, but when 1.16.1 came out the lag is back.
1.16.1 hotfix didn’t fix the lag.
Did it fix the lag issue?

My IPad isn’t that old. It still works great
My game didn’t lag that much today. It was actually playable.
When I play Minecraft on my IPad, it consumes a lot of battery power, and it gets very hot. I get the lag both in the Nether and the Overworld.
So it seems like minecraft is making CPUs work very hard, which causes it to heat up, it doesn’t affect CPUs like intel i9 too much is because the CPU is better at not heating up and the PC or Laptop it is in has a cooler, and mobile devices does not. If you could cool your mobile devices in some way it might run smoother. That’s just my thought.
1.16.1 is a hotfix update i think
I think Mojang will fix this bug in a 1.16.1 or 1.16.2 update.

Really? I thought only honey blocks can move a player with it when a piston pushes it.
This also happens on my IPad, and 1.16.20 didn’t fix it.
